ERP · Business Systems

Run sales, stock, purchasing and finance from one system.

An ERP implemented around how your company already works — so sales, purchasing and finance all work from the same numbers.

01 · Is this for you?

You’ve outgrown spreadsheets and separate apps.

01
Sales, stock and accounts are kept in different files — and never agree.
02
You can’t see stock across branches or warehouses without phoning someone.
03
Purchasing is based on feeling, not on what is actually selling.
04
Finance is always a week behind because everything is reconciled by hand.
05
Growth — a new branch, more staff, a bank or investor — needs better control.

02 · What changes

From reconciling numbers to running the business.

Questions

What clients ask us.

Do I have to pay a subscription forever?

No. Our model is a one-time implementation fee, not a forced recurring subscription. If you want us to host and maintain your system, that is an optional monthly hosting or support fee — but you are never locked into paying us indefinitely just to keep using what we built.

Cloud or on-premise — which should I choose?

Cloud is the lower-friction default: we handle updates, backups and monitoring, and it is faster to deploy. On-premise means your data never leaves your building — a better fit if you have data-sovereignty requirements or an in-house IT preference.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on scope. We give you a realistic timeline as part of your proposal, before any work begins.

What happens after launch — do I get support?

Yes. Every implementation includes a post-launch support window. After that, an optional maintenance retainer covers priority support and ongoing changes.

Is my data secure?

Security hardening, SSL, role-based access and encrypted backups are built into every implementation by default — not sold as an add-on. For deep penetration testing or compliance certification, we coordinate with specialist partners.

Can you customise the system to fit our exact process?

Yes — every implementation includes workflow, field and branding customisation scoped to your business. If your requirement genuinely does not fit any packaged system, we also do fully custom development.
